Customer Service Executive – Assam

Job Title: Customer Service Executive (CSE)

Job Responsibilities
The CSE would be responsible for business development, operations management, training, staff management for his branch. He would be reporting to the BH with skip level reporting to RM. The CSE will be in a team comprising CSOs and MIS-officer in the branch. He will be responsible for maintaining documentation and process check.
Location: Assam (Dibrugarh, Jorhat, Sivasagar, Biswanath, Lakhimpur and Sonitpur).

Job Responsibilities
The Branch Head would be responsible for business development, operations management, training, staff management for his branch. He would be reporting to the RM or FH (AGM-DL) and would have a team of CSEs and CSOs and MIS-officer reporting to him. In addition to this, he will also be responsible for providing compliance towards audit observations in his branch.

The CSO’s primary job role is addition of customer and increasing sustainable portfolio for the branch. CSO is to identify new business locations, sourcing and addition of potential customers. Post disbursement he/she has to collect the installments on scheduled dates from the customers.
Location: Bihar (Banka, Begusarai, Jamui, Muzaffarpur, Samastipur, Vaishali).
