Name of Post: Constable (AB)
No. of Vacancy: 2450
Pay Scale: Rs.14,000-60,500/-with Grade Pay of Rs.5,600/- and other allowances as admissible under the rules.
Educational Qualification:
- HSLC or Equivalent examination passed from a recognized Board or Council.
- In addition for the posts of Constable (Nursing), Nursing Diploma is necessary.
Other Qualification:
- Nationality- Candidates must be Indian citizens, permanent resident of Assam.
- Candidates must register his / her name with a local Employment Exchange of Assam.
- Candidates must speak Assamese or any other State language fluently.
Age limit: 18 to 21 years as on 01-01-2021 (i.e. the candidate must be born on or before 01.01.2003 and on or after 01.01.2000).
