Indian Navy invites applications from eligible candidates to apply ON-LINE through website Indian Navy for the post of Chargeman (Mechanic) and Chargeman (Ammunition & Explosive) classified as Group `B’, ‘Non-Industrial’, Non-Gazetted in Pay Level – 6 at various Commands (application in other forms of mailing will not be accepted).

Age: Not exceeding 30 years (Relaxable for Government servant upto five years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the central Government).
Functions of Chargeman: Selected candidates would be posted to various Naval Armament Inspectorate (NA) units at Depots/ Ordnance Factories/DRDO Laboratories/Quasi Military Establishments to undertake inspection/ QA activities. The functional duties would involve sailing on-board Indian Navy platforms and handling of Explosives and Ordnance.
