B.Ed Online Application for NERIE (2-Years) Admissions 2019
Application on common format are entrance test for admission to regular full time 2 years B.Ed course at North East Regional Institute of Education (NERIE), NCERT, Umiam from eligible candidates belonging to eight North East States viz. Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura. The last date receipt of application complete in all respects is 12th May 2019. Total intake of candidates is 50. There is a State quota for each of the states and reservations is done as per the Govt. of India norms.

Eligibility Criteria of States:
Select the appropriate State/UT against which you are seeking admission. As a proof of eligibility of state/UT for admission the candidate has to produce any one of the following documents.
- Evidence of having passed the qualifying examination from the State/UT as given in the advertisement.
Or
- In case of legal guardian/parents is an employee of state central govt./Govt. of India undertaking/Autonomous bodies the latest certificate of place of posting in the State/UT.
Or
- A domicile certificate from the competent authority.

Eligibility:
Candidate with at least 50% marks in Bachelor’s Degree and/or in the Master’s Degree in Science/Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology with Science or Mathematics or in Bachelor’s Degree and/or in the Master’s Degree in Social Sciences/Humanities are eligible for admission to the programme (relaxation of 5% marks for SC/ST/PH candidates).
How to apply:
- The applications are to be sent on-line on the common format available on the website (www.cee.ncert.gov.in).
- Admission would be done through Common Entrance Exam to be held at various centers.
- Candidates may be given three options for the examination center.
