| Warranty Executive/ Manager | 1. Ensure that all DISS reports for all customers are raised and are all available prior to submitting warranty claims. 2. Ensure that all parts requested back are returned to Audi India in proper packaging and Labelling. 3. Ensure that high level of co ordination is maintained between Technicians, parts person, workshop manager and accounts staff. 4. Ensure that all warranty/ campaign related information are communicated to workshop staff either in short training sessions or written format. Document training sessions as per HSO in dealer training standards. 5. Ensure that all warranty claims are sent on time, online with reference number entered into register, reconciled and reported to management on time. 6. Ensure to go through SAGA2 procedures and ELSAPRO for the correct claiming procedures. |
